Founder & Origin
Founded in 2023 by strategic AI advisor and vintage futurist Elle Farrell-Kingsley, PsyberVision was created in response to a widening global gap between technological acceleration and institutional readiness.
While AI capabilities advance rapidly, governance frameworks, public literacy, and ethical infrastructure often struggle to keep pace. These gaps create risks that extend beyond technology, affecting societies, economies, and democratic institutions.
Drawing upon experience in editorial and policy roles, hands-on AI training and research, and over two years living and working in China, PsyberVision was founded to help bridge cultural, ethical, and strategic divides in global AI development.
